Loch Coruisk is beautiful and quiet- we easily walked around and found areas with few people. The tea/coffee and cookies when getting back on the boat was a really nice surprise!

The walk up to Loch Coruisk only takes 10/15 mins and the views are fabulous from there towards the Cuillin ridge. Highly recommend this trip.
On our way back up the road from Elgol we parked up and walked into Camasunary. I’d recommend this too as the views are staggering.
It was a fab day out.

We had plenty of time to get off the boat and walk about and have a picnic. When we got back on board we got a cuppa and homemade shortbread! We had 1.5 hours to wander around an island to take... read more pictures and hike if we chose. Our time was mostly free of rain, any hiking would be tough in the rain. We saw 2 schools of seals,sunning them selves on the rocks.

Parking was very tight at the boat launch, so best to arrive early. The drive each direction was single track, and stressful for us, being new to Scotland. But the drive was beautiful also. We would definitely do this activity again.

We had enough time at the other side to swim in the loch and take a wander up the hill for some cracking views over the loch. Refreshments on the way back and kids even got to steer the boat. The skipper's son Seumas also seen us off and greeted us on our return making a point of speaking to the kids. I would highly recommend this trip.
