  Great family day out on the Misty Isle to Loch Coruisk. Stunning views on the way out and at the loch. Sandy and Coral were great hosts, informative and entertaining... read more on the history of the area and it's wildlife. We had enough time at the other side to swim in the loch and take a wander up the hill for some cracking views over the loch. Refreshments on the way back and kids even got to steer the boat. The skipper's son Seumas also seen us off and greeted us on our return making a point of speaking to the kids. I would highly recommend this trip.

We saw seals... read more lazing about and enjoyed tea on the way home. The perfect way to see more of the Isle of Skye than from land. Definitely recommend. Have lunch at the top of the hill in Elgol before or after your trip (from the little air streamer).

We had children, from 7 - 11, with us and they ran around once arriving, having a blast around the rocky shore of the loch. We also had my parents with us and they were able to do the "hike" easily too. They just did not go as far as the kiddos. There was a series of stepping stones that could be taken to a longer hike, but our crew did not do that.
